Return and Refund Policy – AureThread

At AureThread, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly assist in the following cases:

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color
  • Items returned due to buyer’s remorse
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
